Empower Her and Vixen Pole Fit have joined forces to bring you a saucy and empowering beginner pole choreo workshop, blending slow and sensual dance moves with beginner pole skills - no experience is necessary!
We’ll learn a simple choreographed routine in a dark studio setting, and they’ll be time for filming if you want a cheeky take-home :)
This will be a fun and empowering experience, and a totally safe space for you to embrace your sensuality.
Wear something you feel cute and confident in - short shorts are advised you can grip the pole more easily.
